Catalysing Change with Cobalt
Empowering Teams and Leaders to Uncover Potential and Drive Lasting Success
Cobalt Human Solutions is inspired by the unique qualities of cobalt, a metal that, under the right conditions, catalyses powerful change and often outperforms other elements. We believe that, like cobalt, people and organisations can reach extraordinary heights when given the support they need. At Cobalt, we facilitate this process, partnering with clients to help them create the conditions needed for long-term success.
Our role is to guide you through the process of recognising the challenges and issues, identifying the causal factors and promoting the positive changes needed. We bring clarity to the human dynamics within your organisation, empowering leaders and teams to uncover their full potential. Through tailored strategies focused on human factors, stress management, leadership and teamwork, we support clients in building a resilient, adaptive workplace.
Tying this all together is the number 27, cobalt’s position on the periodic table, and a meaningful link to our founder, Dan, who served on 27 Squadron (Chinooks) in the RAF. This connection strengthens our commitment to helping organisations identify and harness their innate strengths, fostering growth and performance, just as cobalt catalyses change.
Lasting Change
Why Are We Called Cobalt?
Cobalt refers to number 27 on the periodic table, a metal that is typically used as a catalyst for change in chemical reactions, and is infinitely recyclable. We believe this is the perfect analogy for what we do-our services act as the springboard for long lasting organisational and individual transformation.
